Rights granted: specific media, territory, and term. Non-exclusive unless we agree otherwise.
Exclusivity: available by category, region, or full exclusivity. Priced accordingly.
No resale or sub-licensing without written permission.
Restrictions: No use tied to hate, harassment, or discrimination against any individual or group. No training AI models. NFTs require a separate agreement. No adult or sensitive placements. No implied endorsement.
Copyright: I retain copyright unless a full transfer is negotiated in writing.
